DOWN: Overture Center. The arts center's trust fund falls into partial default, dipping to $98.9 million at the end of March. Local philanthropist Jerry Frautschi, who originally donated $205 million to help build the facility, will now pay up to $5 million in debt service to cover the default. Officials say the Overture's day-to-day operations are unaffected.
