DOWN: Club Majestic. Madison police impose new conditions on the downtown bar, which has been implicated in numerous disturbances. Under the new rules, the club must reduce capacity from 472 to 200 people, provide uniformed, private security, and end any entertainment one hour before bar time. The club's owners are challenging the rules, saying they will hurt business.
