DOWN: Disabled voters in Wisconsin. A statewide audit finds that some polling sites lack accessible doorways or handicapped parking, and that special voting machines for the disabled did not always work. The audit also suggests some polling sites lied about being accessible in order to get $6,000 in federal money.
