UP: Mary Burke. The latest Marquette Law School poll finds the Democratic candidate for governor in a "dead heat" with Gov. Scott Walker. Among likely voters, the poll shows Burke leading 47% to 46%.
DOWN: College Barber Shop. The State Street institution, which opened in the late 1920s, will close when its lease expires at the end of August. The building's owners, who plan to renovate the property, didn't renew the lease.
