UP: Gov. Scott Walker. The recall threat has been a boon to Walker, who has raised $7.6 million since January, with an unprecedented 42% of the donations coming from out of state. Donors in both Texas and Illinois (a favorite Walker whipping boy) gave more than $500,000 each to the governor.
DOWN: Wisconsinites. The job outlook continues to be bleak for Wisconsin residents, as the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the state still leads the nation in job losses, shedding 14,600 jobs in November. If that wasn't bad enough, the Green Bay Packers lost, ending their hopes for a perfect season.
