UP: Yahara Lakes. The Clean Lakes Alliance unveils a $138 million plan to cut phosphorus deposits in Madison's lakes by 50%. Some of the strategies include improved leaf collection, reduction of sediment in municipal stormwater, more manure digesters, and a pilot adaptive-management program involving 21 municipalities around the Yahara Lakes watershed.
