The Business Forum, a local professional organization for women, has announced 17 nominees for the ATHENA Young Professional Award, to be presented at a reception on Wednesday, November 12 at Inn on the Park in Madison.
The nominees, listed below and at athenaypa.com, are a diverse group of young professionals working in health and human services, higher education, law and communications. Applications, which gave nominators an opportunity to list a candidate's qualifications in the areas of professional leadership, community service and personal leadership, will be reviewed by a panel of previous ATHENA Award recipients.
The Business Forum encourages those interested in attending the November 12 event to complete a registration form, available at athenaypa.com. The cost is $35 per person.
