Delicacy: In this French dramedy, a grieving widow (Audrey Tautou) starts an affair with a dweebish employee (Franois Damiens). There are hints of icky sweetness à la Amélie, but Tautou is appealingly tough, and the film makes interesting observations about workplace romance in a changing France.

Writer-director Joss Whedon finds glorious ways for his heroes to save the world in style.
