This year, we tried something different, creating a sort of historical timeline for some of our favorite names in comedy like John Hodgman, Wyatt Cenac and Todd Barry. Two of those timelines tippie-toed into the top five, alongside Stu Levitan’s interview with comedy legend Lily Tomlin, and two stories by local comedian and Isthmus contributor Alan Talaga (Off the Square, Madland), whose pieces on Marc Maron and Lewis Black made the cut.
