Meet Maema Njongmeta

media release: For the 2023/2024 college athletic season, UScellular is partnering with prominent University of Wisconsin student-athlete, Maema Njongmeta (football), on a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) deal. UScellular is inviting fans to come out and wish him good luck following his announcement that he is officially putting his name in the NFL draft. This all-star player will make one of his last appearances at the UScellular store at 101 Junction Rd, Madison, on Saturday, February 3 from 1 - 3 p.m.

Fans and local youth sports groups will have the chance to engage with Njongmeta, get his autograph and enter to win giveaways, including a $5,000 UScellular sweepstakes.

The NIL relationship draws attention to the company's Built for US brand campaign using the theme, Official Sponsor of Timeouts. Other University of Wisconsin student-athletes partnering with UScellular with an NIL deal are Izzy Ashburn (volleyball) and Chayla Edwards (women's hockey).
