referred from last month's meeting: Two Straws, the new Hastings Cameron, Josh Swenzel and Gilbert Altschul cocktail spot on Willy Street, which was postponed so as to be able to meet with the Marquette Neighborhood Association; and Lagartos, headed to the former Talula at 802 Atlas Ave. Now attached to the item are a memo from Assistant City Attorney Jennifer Zilavy outlining law enforcement history at proprietor Dale Beck's other establishments (The Locker Room, The Bayou, and Murphy's Tavern) and a capacity review from the city. Capacity needs to remain at 480 people (including basement and patio); any increase would require the addition of sprinklers.
