Iron Chef Cook-Off

This annual fundraiser for the Tenant Resource Center pits local personalities against each other in several ingredient-specific cooking battles. “The Tales of Hoffmann” Opera Dinner
Sunday, April 3
Cento and Madison Opera team up for a five-course meal inspired by composer Jacques Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffmann. Each course, prepared by chef Michael Pruett, will be paired with performances by the Madison Opera. Menu highlights: weisswurst and “Suckling Pig Four Ways” (grilled pork loin, slow braised shoulder, pork belly, head cheese). At Cento, 122 W. Mifflin St., 5:30 pm.
