The latest downtown eatery from the owners of the Ivory Room, Buck and Badger, and the Capital Tap Haus. Chef Joe Learned is at the head of this classic-look steakhouse, which features dry-aged steaks from Allen Brothers Steaks of Chicago, but also a pork chop, rack of lamb, chicken and several seafood options. Opening night is set for June 26.
