I would like to give a much better review of my experiences at Short Stack Eatery ("Short Stack Eatery Comes Up Short," 6/6/2014). I thought the food, drinks and service were wonderful. The atmosphere is fun, interesting and kitschy -- there's nothing wrong with that! The eggs Benedict were to die for, the Hollandaise sauce with grilled asparagus the best, and the coffee was a dark, robust cup of Joe. Your critic must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed before his review.
